Job Title: Flexologist Assistant

At StretchLab Pasadena, we're seeking a skilled Flexologist Assistant to join our team. As a Flexologist Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales
• Manage client care and deliver a best-in-class stretching experience
• Book client weekly recurring appointments and update client notes consistently

Requirements:

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Fitness certification required
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
