Compensation:
Enjoy a competitive hourly wage ranging from $32.00 to $35.00.
Your overtime is compensated after 8 hours of work.
Employee Benefits:

- Minimal contributions: Single coverage at 0% to 2% of gross income; Family coverage at 0% to 4% of gross income.
- 401K plan with a 100% match up to 5% of employee contributions.
- Accrue 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) within the first 11 months, increasing to 120 hours in your second year.
- Holiday pay available after a brief introductory period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and rectify issues reported by drivers regarding trailer performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance on trailers to ensure optimal functionality.
- Evaluate equipment and systems for operational efficiency.
- Execute repairs on braking and electrical systems.
- Replace defective components as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs performed.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with air brake systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and ABS brakes is preferred.
- Experience with hand tools is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Physical endurance and strength are essential.
- Welding or fabrication skills are a plus.
- Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- A clean driving record is necessary; a CDL license is an added benefit.
