Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to oversee our computer numeric controlled (CNC) machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our company produces high-quality parts and tools specific to engineering drawings and client standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage CNC machines to perform various tasks, including drilling, grinding, and milling.
  • Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
  • Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Oversee the machines while they execute tasks and make necessary changes to produce improved results.
  • Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality.
  • Ensure the results of the machining process align with customer expectations.
  • Sand, clean, and finish parts.
  • Clean up the workspace at the end of every workday.
  • Maintain a clean work area throughout the day.
  • Keep the floor clear of debris.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a CNC machine operator (training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • Good computer and mathematical skills.
  • Possess a general understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Willingness to work flexible and overtime hours as required.
  • Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
