Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Merchandise Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise from vendors to stores, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any issues that may arise. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage non-core merchandise orders, revise purchase orders as needed, and track merchandise from vendor to store level
- Maintain accurate records, including department reports, spreadsheets, and analysis
- Collaborate with vendors and distribution centers to resolve production information and product samples
- Set up and maintain SKU, UPC, and vendor information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams

Requirements:
- High school diploma required; college degree desirable
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications

Compensation & Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
