Leather Goods Assembler

At Kaspar Companies, we are seeking a skilled Leather Goods Assembler to join our team. As a Leather Goods Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various leather components, including panels, straps, pockets, and linings, to create finished products such as bags, wallets, belts, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly of leather components, ensuring accuracy and consistency in each task.
• Learn and follow assembly instructions and specifications provided by supervisors.
• Perform basic leatherworking tasks, such as cutting, sewing, stitching, and gluing, to prepare components for assembly.
• Support quality control efforts by inspecting leather components for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assembly tasks efficiently and meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and train on the job.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in craftsmanship, leatherworking, or related fields is advantageous.
