Primary roles & responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the facility by managing waste disposal, replacing liners, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
  • Responsible for upholding a clean and safe environment before, during, and after events.
  • Regularly empty trash and recycling bins throughout the premises.
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness by stocking supplies, disinfecting fixtures, and ensuring floors are clean and free of debris.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, or suggestions in a courteous and professional manner, especially in emergency situations.
  • Opportunities for supervisory roles are available.
