Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Dietary Aide/Cook at Mitchell House, where we provide exceptional care and personalized services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in food service or a related field

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
