Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hematology/Oncology team. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. If you are a motivated and compassionate nurse with a passion for oncology, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- 2+ years of experience in oncology or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
