Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at NINE LIVES CAFE. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and promoting our luxury cat café experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide warm and professional greetings to all customers, ensuring a welcoming experience for every visitor.
  • Manage and process reservations for Cat Heaven and Cat Heaven Pilates classes, ensuring seamless scheduling and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, memberships, and general information.
  • Offer thorough knowledge of our café offerings, Pilates classes, cat adoption process, and wellness programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, social media platforms, and scheduling tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort interacting with guests in person, over the phone, and online.
  • A solid understanding of how to leverage social media as a marketing tool, with experience in posting, engagement, and content creation.
  • Multitasking and organization skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting customer issues and coming up with creative solutions.
  • Genuine love for animals, particularly cats, and an interest in health, wellness, and luxury services.
