Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our adolescent psychiatric services team as a nursing team lead. This is a part-time position working night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel on days, evenings, nights, and weekends/holidays to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
  • Accept and support the philosophy, purpose, and objectives of Baptist Health and the Department of Nursing.

Requirements

  • A successful passage of RN examination and current AL nursing license.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Addition speciality certification per PandP for assigned unit (PALS, ACLS, etc.).
  • Ability to observe, assess, and record work safety and infection control standards.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Current AL nursing license; BLS; (ACLS; PALS where applicable)
