Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Specialist to join our team at Tom's Watch Bar.

Salary Range:$40,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, anticipate guest needs, and deliver an unparalleled experience. This role involves greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding guest expectations
  • Prepare and clear tables, serve food and drinks with efficiency
  • Demonstrate superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
  • Promote the restaurant's community and culture by embodying respect, positive energy, and a pleasant appearance
  • Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and prioritize the guest experience

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality
  • Superior temperament, adaptable nature, and excellent communication skills
  • Food and beverage knowledge is preferred
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to serve alcohol
