As a Cardiac Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in managing critically ill patients immediately post-procedure and requiring intensive care services. In collaboration with Cardiac Intensivists and Attending Physicians, you will provide continuity of care management until discharge, ensuring seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage critically ill patients post-procedure and requiring intensive care services
- Collaborate with Cardiac Intensivists and Attending Physicians to develop or modify plans for optimal patient care
- Support patient care for technical procedures
- Identify discharge planning needs for patients to ensure comprehensive discharge support
- Seasoned professional knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree
- Knowledge in more than one discipline
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with acute care training
- 3-5 years of experience in Cardiac Critical Care
- Maryland Registered Nurse License, active NCCPA Certification (PA)
- Maryland CDS License and DEA License
- Active American Heart Association BLS/ACLS Certifications, Active AANC or AANP Certification (NP)
