Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineering Researcher to join our innovative team. This role will report directly to the Deputy Director of R&D Circuit.

Key Responsibilities
- Design RF and analog/digital PCB circuit boards, overseeing the process from schematic creation to layout.
- Develop and establish automated testing systems for product verification and production testing.
- Create or configure testing fixtures, evaluation boards, and associated testing apparatus.
- Conduct RF and high-speed electrical circuit simulations or modeling.
- This role may require travel, approximately 15% of the time.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory, while a Master of Science degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is desirable; alternatively, a Master's or PhD with pertinent coursework may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Proficiency in electronic CAD software such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar tools is essential.
- Experience with LabVIEW for product testing is required.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++/Python is advantageous.
- Expertise in circuit simulation for high-speed analog/digital circuits is necessary.
- Software programming skills for automated testing are required.
- Knowledge of optics and lasers is preferred.
