Overview
As a Staff - Level II Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU - Post Anesthesia Care, you will be part of a dynamic team at the University of Miami. Our hospital is recognized for its excellence in patient care and innovative medical research.

Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our nursing team as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. We are seeking a qualified candidate with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a strong commitment to teamwork.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Assess assigned patients and develop individualized plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes
Evaluate patient responses to treatment and modify plans as necessary
Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments, and assist with these activities as needed
Maintain accurate records related to medications and treatments, and communicate plan of care to patients and families

Benefits
