We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Corewell Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for examining, evaluating, and developing treatment plans for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Implement treatment plans and re-evaluate patient progress
  • Document patient information and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and healthcare providers
  • Participate in leadership functions, including community outreach and program development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred
  • Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required
  • BLS certification required
Work Environment

This is a part-time position with variable hours and shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
