Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor's degree preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
- BLS.
Work Environment:
This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
