Job Description

As a Residential Service Plumber, you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential properties, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions;
  • Installing and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with local codes and regulations;
  • Collaborating with team members to assess and plan plumbing projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion;
  • Educating customers on proper maintenance and care of their plumbing systems to prevent future issues;

You must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Relevant experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing;
  • Education level: A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • A valid MA driver's license and a clean driving record.

In addition, you should possess:

  • Proficient diagnosing and repair skills;
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations;
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality;
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Please note that a valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license is required for this position.
