  • Month-End Procedures: Participate in month-end closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Collaboration: Engage with headquarters for unresolved issues and work alongside other departments for smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Create and manage various documentation types, including training materials and process guides.
  • Training Development: Design and conduct training sessions for end-users, along with comprehensive documentation for system setups and procedures.
  • Integration Efforts: Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP FI/CO) to maintain data consistency across the organization.
  • Compliance Assurance: Uphold company policies and regulatory standards in all SAP MM-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of practical experience with the SAP MM module, including setup, implementation, and support.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP ABAP programming.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Expertise in SAP MM configuration and customization.
  • Strong grasp of procurement and inventory management practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Preferred: SAP MM certification.
