Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Jet Disassembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for disassembling servers and racks, sorting parts, and ensuring that all components are properly identified and stored.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble servers and racks, identifying and separating components for reuse or scrap
  • Sort and categorize parts according to their condition and functionality
  • Use visual inspection techniques to identify and document any defects or damage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective disassembly and sorting processes
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects or damage
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and manufacturing processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Electronic assembly experience
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • Manufacturing or electronics background
