Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at CHS Inc. in Lewiston, ID. As a Store Clerk, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• Provide excellent customer service, treating customers professionally and promptly assisting them with their needs.
• Perform cashier responsibilities, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Display and organize products in the store to make it easy for customers to locate items.
• Maintain the appearance of the store by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and tracking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Monitor customers to assist in loss prevention and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Assist with preparation of displays and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture, following all safety policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of retail and customer service principles.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to customers and coworkers.
• Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment, such as cash registers and inventory management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
