Job Summary:

As a Barback with Levy Restaurants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary role will be to assist the bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, while also ensuring that the bar area is clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand and describe menu offerings, including packaging, presentation, and pricing.
• Establish rapport with guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Effectively use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver properly prepared beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage and handling of beverages and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the bartenders and other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a beverage service role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beverages and mixology, with the ability to describe menu offerings and make recommendations.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
