Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the doctor in all aspects of dentistry, including obtaining diagnostic records and preparing treatment rooms.
  • Ensure the sterility and disinfection of instruments and equipment, as well as manage inventory effectively.
  • Expose and mount dental diagnostic x-rays, and assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
  • Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and MSDS protocols.
  • Record medical and dental histories, vital signs, and treatment information in patient records.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in dental assistant functions, particularly in general dentistry.
  • X-Ray certification is required.
  • Excellent case presentation skills are essential.
  • You should possess a strong customer service ethic, good communication skills, and be able to multitask easily.
Compensation

We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
