Department Details
+ Department: Skilled Nursing
+ Schedule: PRN, various shifts
+ Facility: Villa Franciscan
+ Location: Joliet, IL
+ Salary: Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on tier selection. Actual compensation may vary based on the selected tier.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fundamental patient care tasks.
- Support procedures as directed by physicians and under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs).
- Help patients with personal care, daily living activities, and mobility.
- Report any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in patient rooms.
- Ensure resident safety by identifying potential hazards and responding to emergencies appropriately.
Qualifications
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required prior to hire or transfer.
- BLS Provider certification preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Additional Preferences
Preferred candidates will be at least eighteen years of age at the time of hire.
