Job Summary:

The ACE Production Worker plays a crucial role in the outdoor production area of our Cylinder Exchange facility. This position involves the handling and processing of propane cylinders, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty propane cylinders.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Ensure the consistent quality of processed cylinders.
  • Load filled cylinders onto transport vehicles for distribution.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours daily.
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Effective teamwork skills within a production setting.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and computer skills.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long durations and lift heavy items.
  • Must be able to obtain necessary state licensing and forklift certification.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Working Conditions:

  • Work may be performed in various environmental conditions, including wind, rain, and snow, as the production area is not enclosed.
