Job Summary

Empire Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of HR processes and ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting interviews as needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, job changes, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide support with benefits-related inquiries and administer employee benefits programs effectively.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other team member development programs.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing them with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in an HR Coordinator role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
