Pride Motor Group is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair vehicles according to estimates and manufacturer standards.
  • Inspect parts against estimates and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.
  • Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
  • Notify management of any additional repairs needed.
  • Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
  • Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment.
  • Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials.
  • Cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • ASE certificate preferred but not required.
  • Welding, auto repair, and painting experience needed.
  • Physical stamina.
