Key Responsibilities- Perform medical assessments of patients
- Establish and monitor patient care plans
- Maintain clinical core competency
- Collaborate with leadership team to ensure quality patient care and center performance
- Current State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Eagerness and ability to become a Practice Builder
- Current state licensure
- Current DEA licensure
- State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law
- Experience in UC, ER, FP, ER, IM, or Ortho
- Ability to work in a cooperative, multidiscipline setting
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
