Job Description
At Ace Handyman Services Hamilton County, we are seeking a skilled Residential Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for executing projects independently, utilizing your expertise in Interior and Exterior carpentry. Our franchise model allows you to focus on the scope of work at-hand, while our office team handles business aspects and scheduling.

We operate on a service-based model, with most projects estimated on a time & materials basis over the phone. This means you will have a consistent flow of work, with opportunities to grow and advance within the company. Hourly compensation is $35/hr, which includes a weekly tool & gas allowance. Additional benefits include yearly vehicle maintenance allowance, health insurance, and no out-of-pocket material expenses.

As a successful Carpenter, you will possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and professional appearance. You will also have expert knowledge of custom carpentry work, including built-ins, accent walls, and interior trim carpentry. Excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, are also essential. Requirements:

• Successful prior track record as a Residential Carpenter
• Own standard set of tools to perform all trades
• Own truck or van
• Current and valid driver's license
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
