Job Title: Field Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Superintendent to lead our installation teams in successfully completing water and energy conservation projects across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing installation teams, construction projects, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead installation teams of up to 6+ personnel
  • Manage jobs from start to completion, including employee management, inventory, vendors, and client communications
  • Assist with installations, up to 75% of daily load
  • Maintain company equipment, including tools, vehicles, lifts, and housing
  • Log and document completed work in our internal system in real time
  • Plan and execute installation projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Effectively communicate with superiors, clients, and team members to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of lighting and/or plumbing installation experience
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 95% of the time
  • Ability to independently lift and carry materials safely that may weigh up to 95 pounds
  • Ability to climb stairs, stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and/or walk for long periods of time
