We are seeking a highly skilled Food Scientist to join our Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing technical expertise and leadership to support internal and external customers. This includes learning products, standard demos, and Applications Directory while following all company SOPs and GMPs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop technical expertise and leadership to support internal and external customers
- Learn products, standard demos, and Applications Directory
- Follow company SOPs and GMPs
- Complete assignments by due dates
- Communicate clear and correct results
- Perform daily bench top duties
- Document and record detailed project results
- Provide a monthly synopsis of projects
- Assist and participate in weekly tastings
- Create accurate batch sheets
- Proactively create and organize a clean and safe working environment
- Assist in introductory presentations, open houses, and training seminars
- Technical expertise in food science
- Documentation and recording of project results
- Creating accurate batch sheets
- Following FDA, FSMA, and GFSI requirements
