About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surveillance Agent to join our team at Boot Hill Casino & Resort. As a Surveillance Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our casino and designated parking lots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate surveillance cameras to detect and prevent suspicious activity
  • Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support security and law enforcement efforts
  • Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Typing/writing skills (40 WPM or better)
  • Fine motor skills to operate surveillance equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
