  • Possess in-depth expertise in compilers, real-time operating systems, emulators, debugging tools, and programming languages such as C/C++ and assembly.
  • Exhibit a strong proficiency in object-oriented programming methodologies.
  • Demonstrate a foundational knowledge of both digital and analog circuit design, including electronic circuit testing and analysis.
  • Utilize advanced mathematical skills to grasp complex concepts in mathematics and physics.
  • Familiarity with integrated development environment (IDE) tools is essential.
  • Apply knowledge of Control Theory and Servo Control in practical applications.
  • Implement digital signal processing techniques and filtering methods.
  • Oversee and coordinate software engineering processes, including development, maintenance, documentation, and testing.
  • Design, develop, and enhance software systems and products for both internal and commercial applications.
  • Prepare, review, and evaluate proposed modifications to project documentation, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
  • Assess development plans for adherence to national and international engineering standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, engineers, and software developers.
  • Conduct all responsibilities in alignment with the company's Quality System procedures.
  • Apply engineering principles and techniques to the design and production of various products and services.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded software engineering is essential.
  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, composition, and vocabulary.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in project management within the medical device industry or similar fields adhering to quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with medical device standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience in optics and photonics.
  • Background in biology or chemistry laboratory environments.
  • Training in physiology, first aid, CPR, and/or phlebotomy is advantageous.
  • Understanding of photoplethysmography principles and their application in pulse oximetry.
