We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution, Inc.

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care facility
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in long-term care
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in long-term care
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
