Job Summary

At Synectics Inc, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory by collecting and processing blood samples from patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques and following established protocols.
  • Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure seamless sample processing and testing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting; one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients and laboratory staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
