**This role requires availability until 1am and on Sundays.**

  • Become proficient in all operational areas of the restaurant
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
  • Oversee the proper setup and breakdown of all restaurant areas, including dining, restrooms, kitchen, and prep zones
  • Manage opening, mid, or closing routines for the next shift
  • Ensure all food complies with safety regulations and is of exceptional quality
  • Acknowledge and reward exemplary performance while embodying the Hawaiian Bros culture
  • Provide legendary guest service as a model for the entire team
