Sunny Days is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Physical Therapist with Sunny Days, you will have the opportunity to work with children with developmental delays and their families in a variety of settings, including homes and community-based locations throughout southeastern PA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Physical Therapy services to children with developmental delays and their families
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to meet the unique needs of each child
- Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over in both home and community settings
- Provide services in diverse settings, including homes, daycare centers, and other community locations
- Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through addressing specific goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the team
- Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families
- PA Physical Therapy (PT) license
- Early Intervention experience or equivalent experience
- Pediatric experience
- Home-based service delivery experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
