Position: Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist at Custom Pak Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and setup of automated and semi-automated packaging machinery
  • Diagnosing and repairing equipment both on-site and at client locations
  • Supporting the preparation of machinery for delivery
  • Documenting service activities and generating reports
  • Participating in required training sessions related to equipment and responsibilities
  • Traveling as necessary within the regional area and occasionally beyond
  • Maintaining the company vehicle and tools in optimal condition
  • Executing additional assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with electromechanical systems
  • Prior experience in mechanical and electrical setup and troubleshooting
  • Preference for candidates with a background in manufacturing or distribution
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and various technical software
  • Able to excel in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Possessing a positive work ethic and a collaborative spirit
  • Valid Driver's License required

Compensation:

  • Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience
