About the Role:
Erickson Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Utility Worker to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Vacuum, mop, and dust surfaces to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
- Empty trash and replace liners to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Restock supplies to ensure that all areas are well-stocked and ready for use.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the facilities team.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of our residents and staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
