Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on our Special Care Nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to newborns and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware or valid temporary permit
- BSN preferred
- BLS required; NRP within 6 months of employment
- At least 2-3 years' experience in NICU/Special Care Nursery required
