Estimator Job Description

A leading Commercial Construction General Contractor in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This company prides itself on delivering exceptional client experiences and is looking for a skilled Estimator to contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage estimates for commercial construction projects, including labor and material costs
  • Utilize conceptual design and value engineering techniques to optimize project budgets
  • Prepare and present detailed budgets, reports, and project plans to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
  • B.S. in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
