Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Unit Manager - LPN, you will oversee the provision of compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare services while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff within your designated unit.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
- Assess educational needs of the staff and develop training programs in conjunction with the Nurse Educator.
- Oversee medication management to ensure sufficient supplies and compliance with company policies.
- Deliver direct patient care alongside unit nurses to maintain clinical skills.
