WellSpan Health is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist Hospitalist to join our team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers a 7 on / 7 off schedule with weekend call coverage, providing a great work-life balance.

We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and this position plays a crucial role in achieving that goal. As a GI Hospitalist, you will be responsible for managing patients with gastrointestinal conditions, performing colonoscopies, EGDs, and ERCPs.

The estimated salary range for this position is $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience. Our physician-designed compensation model provides increased salary potential, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced physicians.

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer educational loan repayment (up to $100,000 over 4 years), a competitive signing bonus (starting at $25,000), CME allowance ($4,500/year), full relocation assistance, retirement savings plan, and malpractice coverage including tail.
