Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Welder (MIG/TIG) to join our team at Abby Manufacturing. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our weld shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient welding processes.
  • Utilize proper PPE and follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Continuously maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in welding, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a weld shop environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, odors, and chemicals. Physical weld testing on site is a requirement for this position.
