Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience. As a RN in our Medical Surgical Department, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate nursing care plans, ensuring patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma
  • ADN required, BSN preferred
  • Current BLS required
  • ALS required and maintained biannually
  • Experience preferred
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certified within 90 days of hire
