Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas. As an integral part of our Imaging Department, you will be responsible for performing computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for CT scans by positioning them accurately and selecting appropriate anatomic and technical parameters.
- Administer contrast media and/or medications according to established protocols and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Monitor patients during procedures and report any abnormal activity or findings.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography or Computed Tomography is required.
- A High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or an Associate's degree/Technical degree in a related field is also acceptable.
