Clarity Care is actively seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants for both full-time and part-time positions. The starting compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.
This fulfilling position requires only a commitment to service and a genuine desire to support our Members. We provide comprehensive training to equip the right candidates with the necessary skills to excel as Personal Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Care: Assist Members with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. Be proficient in using mobility aids and practicing safe transfer techniques.
- Documentation: Complete all relevant paperwork related to assigned tasks.
- Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Ensure a safe and clean home by performing housekeeping duties (vacuuming, trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, dusting, bed making, and laundry).
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals in accordance with nutritional guidelines, individual dietary needs, and preferences to promote Members' health.
- Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication schedules.
- Errands: Assist with grocery shopping and other errands.
- Companionship: Spend quality time with Members to foster a supportive relationship.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or relevant work/life experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Meet agency driving standards.
- Pass a WI Caregiver Background Check, including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or checks from previous states of residence.
