Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for dedicated Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to enhance our compassionate team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional, individualized care to our patients.
Your duties will encompass aiding residents or patients with daily living activities, tracking vital signs, and working closely with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and comfortable setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide empathetic and individualized care to residents or patients
Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and document vital signs
Support the mobility and transportation of residents or patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute care plans
Ensure a clean and organized patient care environment
Offer emotional support to residents or patients and their families
Required Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA)
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
