Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Student Conduct. This role will play a critical part in shaping the student conduct process and ensuring a safe and respectful campus environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and advise the Honor System and adjudicate violations related to the University's alcohol policy.
  • Manage the administration of the student conduct process, including disciplinary history requests and education and programming initiatives.
  • Serve as a Hearing Officer, advising the Conduct Board, and participating in crisis response and management.
  • Develop and implement complex University policies, and record and collect data and information concerning students used for reporting purposes.
  • Provide leadership for implementing the student conduct process for applicable University policy.
Requirements
  • Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required (or foreign degree equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a conduct, care, advising, case management position, or similar related experiences in Higher Education.
  • Superior interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with diverse undergraduate and graduate/professional student, faculty, or staff communities.
  • Deep understanding and experience managing various aspects associated with conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations with diplomacy and sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Student Affairs Administration, Higher Education Administration, or similarly related field.
  • At least five (5) years of professional experience in a conduct, care, advising, case management position, or similar related experiences in Higher Education.
  • Understanding of current trends and issues within student conduct and higher education.
