Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and vendors to determine the most practical and desirable engineering design.
  • Prepare design criteria, specifications, and estimates for engineering projects and equipment.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with good engineering practices.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, designers, drafters, and technicians.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with proficiency in Civil 3D software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
