Global Infra Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Infra Analyst to join our team at Cytiva. As a key member of our Infrastructure and Operations team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while supporting our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuity of Client Technologies services and systems through planning, technical expertise, and project management
• Perform regular IT audits to discover areas of weakness and fortify them
• Deploy, maintain, support, and upgrade all end-user IT, telephony, and printing systems
• Ensure all business policies and standards related to client services and IT security and compliance are met
• Provide training to user communities as required

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience or a degree
• Technical expertise in client devices, operating systems, and applications, desktop management and support tools, and server technologies
• Strong end-user support and process experience
• Ability to read and write English

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range of $75,000-$95,000
